Decades of retail management boil-down into having a community connection and working with staff committed to local customers. Jason believes in second chances and the value of community service. The local connection is emphasized. C-store operations start with hiring and continues to the schools and local charities. The food bank is a regular partner to make use of products that do not sell.
Second Chances Help Staff Retention
Jason has made a personal recovery and loves to be the manager of second chances. His approach is to be aware that others may have a lot going on (sickness, divorce, hard knocks and other challenges). He encourages his team to be open minded, supportive and willing to provide the benefit of the doubt.
